Ingredients
- Pasta (spaghetti, penne, or linguine)

- Zucchini

- Lemon zest and juice

- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
- Stir in lemon zest and juice.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together, adding pasta water as needed.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and season to taste.
