Description
Wingstop Cajun Corn is a flavorful side dish that pairs well with wings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, thaw it; if using canned corn, drain and rinse it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the corn kernels to the bowl and stir until the corn is evenly coated with the Cajun sauce.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the coated corn mixture.
- Sauté the corn for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly caramelized. If using Parmesan cheese, add it during the last few minutes of cooking, stirring until melted and combined.
- Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve warm as a side dish with your favorite wings or any main course.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning.
