- 80g butter
- 180g white marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 cups rice bubbles
- 75g white chocolate, melted
- Christmas sprinkles
- M&Ms
Instructions
- Line a 17 x 27cm baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
- Place the butter in a large saucepan over low heat and melt it gently.
- Add the white marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted.
- Stir in the vanilla essence, then remove the saucepan from heat.
- Add the rice bubbles to the marshmallow mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the lined baking tray and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top, then scatter Christmas sprinkles and M&Ms.
- Place the tray into the fridge and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Once set, slice into 16 squares and store in an airtight container.
