Description

White Chocolate Christmas Popcorn is a festive treat featuring crunchy pretzels and colorful M&Ms.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (104g) popcorn kernels
  • 1 1/2 cups (75g) broken pretzel pieces or baby pretzels
  • 1 (10 oz) bag green and red Milk Chocolate or Mint M&Ms
  • 1 (12 oz) bag Vanilla Candy Melts
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn kernels using a popcorn popper or microwave popcorn bags. Remove unpopped kernels. Add broken pretzel pieces and M&Ms to the popcorn and toss gently.
  2. Melt the Vanilla Candy Melts in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  3. Drizzle half of the melted candy over the popcorn mixture. Gently fold to coat without over-stirring.
  4. Drizzle the remaining melted candy over the mixture and stir gently until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture onto wax paper in a single layer. Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top before the candy hardens.
  6. Let the mixture cool and harden completely. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
