- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal or flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Roll out your dough on a floured surface into your preferred shape. Let store-bought dough come to room temperature first.
- In a small pan, heat olive oil and cook minced garlic until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes. Brush garlic oil over the rolled-out dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, add dollops of ricotta, and top with parmesan. Season with oregano and optional red pepper flakes.
- Transfer pizza onto the preheated stone or pan. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
