- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Burger buns of your choice

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Using your hands or a spatula, mix all the ingredients until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the patties and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the burgers from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the chicken burgers on burger buns with your choice of toppings.
