Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces bourbon
  • 1 1/2 ounce lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 23 teaspoons egg white optional
  • lemon wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the bourbon to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the lemon juice to the shaker.
  3. Add the simple syrup to the shaker.
  4. Add the egg white to the shaker.
  5. Shake well for 20 seconds.
  6. Add a cup of ice to the shaker and shake for another 20 seconds.
  7. Fill the rocks glasses with ice.
  8. Strain the mixture into the glasses and garnish with the lemon wedge and maraschino cherry on a skewer.
