This is a vegan alternative to liquid egg that mimics the texture and taste of traditional eggs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 serving Just One Protein Powder (unflavored)
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Methylcellulose Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Black Salt
  • 1/16 tsp Gellan Gum Powder

Instructions

  1. In a shaker bottle, mix all of the ingredients EXCEPT the gellan gum powder. Shake really well.
  2. Add the 1/16 tsp of gellan gum powder and shake about 5 more times.
  3. Use this egg-actly like you would the Liquid Just Egg.
