This is a vegan alternative to liquid egg that mimics the texture and taste of traditional eggs.
Ingredients

- 1 serving Just One Protein Powder (unflavored)
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 1/2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1/4 tsp Methylcellulose Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- 1/16 tsp Gellan Gum Powder
Instructions
- In a shaker bottle, mix all of the ingredients EXCEPT the gellan gum powder. Shake really well.
- Add the 1/16 tsp of gellan gum powder and shake about 5 more times.
- Use this egg-actly like you would the Liquid Just Egg.
