Delightful Vegan Kinder Riegel with Creamy Milk Filling


Ingredients

Scale
  • 120 g Vegan milk chocolate
  • 60 g Vegan white chocolate
  • 20 g Oat milk powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the vegan milk chocolate. Use 90 g for the hollow body and set aside 30 g for the base.
  2. Slowly heat 60 g of the vegan milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water on low heat.
  3. Once melted, add the reserved 30 g of chocolate and stir until blended smoothly.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate into a piping bag and pipe it into the bar mold, then chill to set.
  5. Melt the vegan white chocolate in a bowl, add oat milk powder and coconut oil, then transfer to a piping bag.
  6. Fill the mold with the creamy filling, leaving space for the base, and chill until firm.
  7. Melt 20 g of the remaining vegan milk chocolate for the base and add the last 10 g of chocolate.
  8. Pour this mixture into the piping bag and fill the bar mold. Chill for at least 1 hour to set.
  9. Turn the mold upside down and tap to release your Vegan Kinder Riegel bars.
