Delightful Vegan Kinder Riegel with Creamy Milk Filling
Ingredients

- 120 g Vegan milk chocolate
- 60 g Vegan white chocolate
- 20 g Oat milk powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Instructions
- Finely chop the vegan milk chocolate. Use 90 g for the hollow body and set aside 30 g for the base.
- Slowly heat 60 g of the vegan milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water on low heat.
- Once melted, add the reserved 30 g of chocolate and stir until blended smoothly.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a piping bag and pipe it into the bar mold, then chill to set.
- Melt the vegan white chocolate in a bowl, add oat milk powder and coconut oil, then transfer to a piping bag.
- Fill the mold with the creamy filling, leaving space for the base, and chill until firm.
- Melt 20 g of the remaining vegan milk chocolate for the base and add the last 10 g of chocolate.
- Pour this mixture into the piping bag and fill the bar mold. Chill for at least 1 hour to set.
- Turn the mold upside down and tap to release your Vegan Kinder Riegel bars.
