  • 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas (whole wheat or gluten-free if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
  2. Add black beans, corn, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together until well combined.
