These Valentine’s Day Oreo M&M’s Cookies are a festive and delicious treat, perfect for celebrating the season of love.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 7 regular Oreos, roughly chopped (NOT double-stuffed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped Oreos and Valentine’s Day M&M’s.
- Using a large cookie scoop, portion out dough balls (about 1/4 cup each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Top with extra Oreos and M&M’s for extra color.
- Bake the cookies for 13 minutes or until golden around the edges. The centers may look slightly underdone, but they will continue to set as they cool.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
