These Turkey Cranberry Sliders are the perfect combination of tender leftover turkey, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, melty Swiss cheese, and buttery Hawaiian rolls.

- 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
- 3/4 pound cooked turkey (sliced or shredded)
- 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half in the dish. Add turkey, spread cranberry sauce, and top with Swiss cheese.
- Place the top slab of rolls over the filling.
- Mix melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, minced onion, and poppy seeds.
- Brush the mixture over rolls. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–7 minutes more until golden.
- Rest 5 minutes, slice into sliders, and serve warm.
