Description

These Turkey Cranberry Sliders are the perfect combination of tender leftover turkey, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, melty Swiss cheese, and buttery Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 3/4 pound cooked turkey (sliced or shredded)
  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Place the bottom half in the dish. Add turkey, spread cranberry sauce, and top with Swiss cheese.
  4. Place the top slab of rolls over the filling.
  5. Mix melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, minced onion, and poppy seeds.
  6. Brush the mixture over rolls. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–7 minutes more until golden.
  7. Rest 5 minutes, slice into sliders, and serve warm.
