Ingredients

- 1 can (5 oz) canned tuna, drained
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Break up the drained tuna in a mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix thoroughly until the tuna is fully coated.
- Stir in the sweet corn and diced red onion until evenly combined.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper; stir to combine.
- Prepare the wraps by placing the tuna mixture in the center of a tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve.
