Description
Tender tilapia fillets served in a silky roasted red pepper cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 1.5 cups roasted red peppers (drained)
- 0.5 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 0.25 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 0.5 onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Season tilapia with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear tilapia in skillet until cooked through; remove.
- Sauté onion and garlic in same skillet.
- Simmer roasted peppers with broth and seasonings.
- Blend sauce until smooth, then return to skillet.
- Stir in cream and gently simmer.
- Return tilapia to sauce and heat through.
