- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 10 rice paper wrappers
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the minced garlic, Thai basil, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cook until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Soften the rice paper wrappers by dipping them in warm water for about 5 seconds; lay flat on a clean surface.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture on one edge of the wrapper; fold sides over and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in the skillet over medium-high heat; fry rolls seam-side down until golden brown (about 3 minutes per side).
- Serve hot with sweet chili sauce drizzled on top or as a dip.
