- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup bell peppers (any color), diced

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)

Instructions
- Gather and chop all the vegetables and pineapple. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
