Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15 minutes for optimal flavor. If time allows, marinate for up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C). If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat on the stovetop.
  4. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers for easy grilling.
