Taco Ranch Bites are bold, creamy, and bite-sized appetizers that combine taco-seasoned meat, ranch dressing, and cheese in a golden, crisp crust. Quick to assemble and always a crowd-pleaser, these baked bites are perfect for parties, game day, or easy entertaining.

- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 package crescent roll dough (or 24 mini phyllo shells)
- Optional toppings: chopped green onions, salsa, diced tomatoes, jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Reduce heat and mix in cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar. Stir until well combined.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut into 24 squares. Press each into the muffin tin cups to form a base.
- Spoon the taco mixture into each dough cup and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until dough is golden and cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly before removing. Garnish with optional toppings if desired and serve warm.
