Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, keeping them uniform in size for even cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (or tamari), 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and the juice of one lime. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the sauce and toss until they are evenly coated.
