- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce and minced garlic for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add chopped bell peppers and pineapple; stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour over the chicken mixture; cook until bubbly, about 2 minutes.
