Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In a large bowl, mix the vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
