Ingredients

  • 4 hoagie rolls, split
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak slices and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
