Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced

- 4 hoagie rolls, split
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
