Description

Easy Springwater Cocktail is a light and refreshing seasonal drink made with pure spring water, fresh citrus, berries, and natural sweetener.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chilled spring water (still or sparkling)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (or mixed berries)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add sliced strawberries to a glass and gently muddle to release their juices.
  2. Pour in fresh lemon juice and honey or maple syrup, stirring until combined.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Slowly pour chilled spring water over the mixture.
  5. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
  7. Serve immediately while chilled and refreshing.
