Spring Blossom Sangria is a refreshing alcohol-free drink made with sparkling white grape juice, fresh citrus slices, mixed berries, and a delicate floral touch, perfect for spring celebrations.
Ingredients

- 4 cups chilled sparkling white grape juice or sparkling apple juice
- 2 cups chilled sparkling water
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1–2 teaspoons rose water (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnish: edible flowers or fresh mint
Instructions
- Wash and slice all fruits evenly.
- In a large pitcher, combine sparkling white grape juice with orange and lemon slices.
- Add strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries to the pitcher.
- If using rose water, add 1 teaspoon and stir gently. Adjust to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse.
- Just before serving, stir in sparkling water.
- Serve over ice and garnish with edible flowers or mint if desired.
