Spring Blossom Sangria is a refreshing alcohol-free drink made with sparkling white grape juice, fresh citrus slices, mixed berries, and a delicate floral touch, perfect for spring celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups chilled sparkling white grape juice or sparkling apple juice
  • 2 cups chilled sparkling water
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 12 teaspoons rose water (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: edible flowers or fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice all fruits evenly.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine sparkling white grape juice with orange and lemon slices.
  3. Add strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries to the pitcher.
  4. If using rose water, add 1 teaspoon and stir gently. Adjust to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse.
  6. Just before serving, stir in sparkling water.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with edible flowers or mint if desired.
