- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll it out into a 12×12-inch square.
- Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Starting from one side, tightly roll up the puff pastry to create a long cylinder.
- Slice the rolled-up pastry into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Place the swirls, cut-side up, on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Serve the Spinach Artichoke Swirls warm.
