- 1 block cream cheese (8 oz)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz), drained and chopped
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out all the excess moisture. Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, parmesan, and mozzarella until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
