- 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
- 1 pinch Salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. If you’re using rotisserie chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce and stir until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- Place the slider buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Scoop the buffalo chicken mixture into each bun generously and top with shredded cheese.
- Melt the butter and brush the tops of the buns, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
