- 2 pounds medium red potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Boil the quartered potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the cooked potatoes in a colander and return them to the pot.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, parsley flakes, garlic salt, and paprika with the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy, mixing until ingredients are well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more garlic salt or paprika as desired.
