- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and lay it flat in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Press the seams together to seal.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough layer.
- Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the cream cheese mixture, sealing the seams.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well.
- Pour the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the top layer of crescent dough.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheesecake filling is set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
