Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cupcake mix, eggs, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Fill each liner about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat together powdered sugar and milk until light and fluffy.
- Once cupcakes are cooled, frost each one generously using a spatula or piping bag.
