These Snickers Snack Cups capture the delightful flavors of Snickers bars in a bite-sized treat.
Ingredients

- ½ C. Nuts chopped
- 12 oz. Chocolate chips
- ⅔ C. Creamy peanut butter
- 1 C. Caramel bits
- ½ C. Powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Water
Instructions
- Add cupcake liners to the sections of a muffin tin.
- Place the chocolate chips into a bowl that is microwave safe, and heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
- Pour a teaspoon of the chocolate into each cupcake liner, and place the tin into the fridge to set.
- Blend together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add two teaspoons of the peanut butter to the cupcake liners.
- Put the caramel bits and water into a bowl that is microwave safe, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely smooth and melted.
- Pour a teaspoon of the caramel over the peanut butter mixture in the cupcake liners, and then top evenly with the rest of the melted chocolate.
- Allow the snickers cups to chill until the chocolate has set, and then serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These cups can be made ahead of time.
