- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup milk
- Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with melted butter. Add sugars, eggs, and vanilla; combine well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for topping.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and sprinkle topping on top.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack.
