- 200 grams Cream Cheese (rich base for toppings)
- 2 cloves Garlic (or garlic powder)
- 1 cup Fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (to drizzle over crust)
- 1 medium Red Onion (sliced into thin rings)
- 200 grams Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 200 grams Smoked Salmon (high-quality)
- 1 cup Fresh Rocket (Arugula) Leaves (or baby spinach)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface until it’s about 22 cm in diameter.
- Mix the cream cheese, garlic, and chopped cilantro in a bowl until well combined.
- Drizzle olive oil over the rolled-out crust and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
- Top with sliced red onion rings and shredded mozzarella. Bake for 9-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add smoked salmon slices and fresh rocket leaves before serving.
