  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (to drizzle over crust)
  • 1 medium Red Onion (sliced into thin rings)
  • 200 grams Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 200 grams Smoked Salmon (high-quality)
  • 1 cup Fresh Rocket (Arugula) Leaves (or baby spinach)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface until it’s about 22 cm in diameter.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, garlic, and chopped cilantro in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the rolled-out crust and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
  5. Top with sliced red onion rings and shredded mozzarella. Bake for 9-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and add smoked salmon slices and fresh rocket leaves before serving.
