Slow Cooker Honey Pork Roast Recipe That Melts in Your Mouth
Ingredients

- 3 pound pork loin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp minced onion
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- green onions (to garnish)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the red pepper flakes, garlic powder, minced onion, and thyme.
- Rub the mixture onto the pork loin.
- Sear the pork loin for 3 minutes on each side.
- Flip the roast halfway through cooking for even browning.
- Set the roast in a crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the sauce over the roast and cook on low for 4–5 hours.
- Slice the green onions and garnish with them.
- Serve crock pot pork loin garnished with green onion. Enjoy!
