Description
This slow cooker gingerbread latte is the ultimate cozy holiday drink, perfect for Christmas brunch or winter gatherings. It’s sweet, spiced, and creamy, offering a warm hug in a mug.
Ingredients
- 3 cups milk (whole milk recommended)
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (or 2 shots espresso)
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Cinnamon sticks (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee or espresso.
- Add milk, coffee, molasses, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla to a 2–4 qt slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle into mugs, top with whipped cream, and garnish with cinnamon sticks. Serve warm.

- Use half-and-half or cream for a richer drink.
- Swap molasses with maple syrup or dark honey if needed.
- Plant-based milks (oat, almond, coconut) work for a dairy-free version.
