Description
Sliced caramel apple pops are a fun and mess-free twist on the classic caramel apple. Crisp apple slices are dipped in creamy melted caramel and topped with your favorite toppings.

- 2 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)
- 1 package (11 oz) soft caramels (unwrapped)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- Wooden popsicle sticks or skewers
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, sprinkles, melted chocolate
Instructions
- Wash and dry the apples thoroughly, then slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds, removing any seeds or core pieces. Insert a wooden stick into each slice and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the unwrapped caramels and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the caramel is completely melted and smooth.
- Allow the melted caramel to cool slightly so it thickens but remains pourable.
- Dip each apple slice halfway into the caramel or spoon the caramel over the top, then immediately add your desired toppings.
- Place the caramel-coated apple slices back on the baking sheet and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the caramel is firmly set.
- Enjoy the caramel apple pops chilled or at room temperature.
