  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8 rolls)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine shrimp, crab, and cream cheese in a bowl. Add mozzarella, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and separate into individual triangles on a baking sheet.
  3. Place a spoonful of the shrimp and crab mixture in the center of each triangle. Fold dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
  4. Brush each stuffed crescent with melted butter. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
