These Shrimp & Crab Stuffed Crescent Bombs are a savory, flavorful appetizer featuring shrimp, crab, cream cheese, and seasonings wrapped in buttery crescent dough. When baked, they turn golden and crispy, making them the perfect bite-sized treat for any occasion.

- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 1/2 lb lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8 rolls)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine shrimp, crab, and cream cheese in a bowl. Add mozzarella, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and separate into individual triangles on a baking sheet.
- Place a spoonful of the shrimp and crab mixture in the center of each triangle. Fold dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
- Brush each stuffed crescent with melted butter. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with dipping sauce of choice.
