This Shrimp Crab Lasagna is the ultimate creamy seafood comfort dish. Layers of tender noodles, juicy shrimp, and sweet lump crab are baked in a rich Alfredo and cheese sauce until golden brown and bubbling.

- 2 tbsp olive oil (extra-virgin recommended)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz lump crab meat (avoid imitation)

- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese (whole milk)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (plus more for topping)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated (plus more for topping)
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce (or homemade equivalent)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or classic)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Pasta – Boil noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and lay flat to avoid sticking.
- Cook Seafood – In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat, salt, and red pepper flakes. Cook 2 minutes more, then remove from heat.
- Mix Cheeses – In a bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup parmesan, heavy cream, and parsley. Stir until smooth.
- Assemble Lasagna – Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood, and more sauce. Repeat for 3 layers, finishing with sauce on top.
- Add Toppings – Sprinkle remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and breadcrumbs evenly across the top.
- Bake – Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest & Serve – Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
