- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, chopped into rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- While the oven heats up, chop the kielbasa, slice the onions, and chop the carrots.
- On a large sheet pan, combine kielbasa, sauerkraut, onions, and carrots. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and caraway seeds.
- Mix everything well using your hands or a spatula until evenly coated with oil and seasonings.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the sheet pan and roast for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and sizzling.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with crusty bread or over rice!
