- 1 small to medium bone-in ham (about 4–6 lbs)
- 1 ripe fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the bone-in ham on the prepared sheet pan and score shallow cuts in a diamond pattern across its surface.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and pineapple juice until smooth.
- Surround the ham with chunks of fresh pineapple and add extra slices on top if desired.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until heated through, basting occasionally with leftover glaze.
- Once done, let it rest for about ten minutes before slicing. Drizzle with sauce before serving.
