  • 1 ripe fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place the bone-in ham on the prepared sheet pan and score shallow cuts in a diamond pattern across its surface.
  4. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and pineapple juice until smooth.
  5. Surround the ham with chunks of fresh pineapple and add extra slices on top if desired.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour or until heated through, basting occasionally with leftover glaze.
