Description
This Seafood Salad is light, creamy, and full of tender bites of shrimp, imitation crab, and crunchy veggies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup imitation crab meat, flaked
- ½ cup celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over seafood mixture and stir until well coated.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
- Serve cold, garnished with herbs if desired.
