- 1 cup Heavy cream (Coconut cream or Greek yogurt can be lighter options)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (Replace with a mix of oregano, basil, and thyme if needed)
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (Adjust according to heat preference)

- 4 cups Cooked pasta or rice (Choose your favorite variety)
Instructions
- Pat the boneless, skinless chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to 165°F.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté the chopped yellow onion for about 5 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until aromatic.
- Deglaze the skillet with pepperoncini juice, then add chopped pepperoncini, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Lower heat, add heavy cream, and return seared chicken to the skillet. Allow to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as necessary. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving over pasta or rice.
