Savory Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; spread half over the meatloaf before baking.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), brushing with more sauce halfway through.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
