- 2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

- 1 tablespoon butter, for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Spread hash browns evenly in the baking dish, then top with cooked sausage and cheese.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; pour evenly over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until set and golden. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
