- 1 bunch fresh kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon white vinegar powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the kale thoroughly, dry completely, and remove the stems. Tear into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Massage until well-coated.
- Sprinkle sea salt and white vinegar powder over the kale, tossing again for even seasoning.
- Spread the kale on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through. The edges should be crisp and slightly curled.
- Let the chips cool completely before serving or storing.
