- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp honey (optional)
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, parsley, and spices. Stir gently until everything is well blended.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. Let them rest on a plate for 5-10 minutes to firm up.
- Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Carefully place the patties in the skillet, frying for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, honey, and seasoning.
- Drizzle the creamy lemon-garlic sauce over the salmon patties or serve it on the side.
