  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure them out to prepare for cooking.
  2. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente according to package directions. Reserve some pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Add Rotel diced tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes to blend flavors.
  5. Stir in softened cream cheese until melted and combined into a creamy sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
