- Sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits if needed.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese (or goat cheese), chopped nuts, cinnamon (if using), and honey (if using). Mix well.
- Fill each date with the cheese and nut mixture.
- Place stuffed dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil if desired. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes, until dates are warm and slightly caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and additional nuts if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a sweeter variation, substitute the cheese filling with nut butter or chocolate.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes for a spicy twist.
