- 1 cup Chicken Broth (Or vegetable broth)
- 1 cup Full-Fat Sour Cream (Greek yogurt can be used but texture will change)
- 8 oz Cremini Mushrooms (Button mushrooms can be used)
- 1 medium Onion (Can substitute with shallots or leeks)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced) (Adjust according to taste)

- to taste Black Pepper (Essential seasoning)
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat each piece with flour.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned chicken pieces until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes per side).
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and butter. Sauté mushrooms and onion until browned (about 6-8 minutes).
- Add Flavor Agents: Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic for about a minute.
- Create Sauce: Pour in chicken broth, scraping up the browned bits. Add chicken back and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Finish with Sour Cream: Lower the heat and stir in sour cream, heating gently. Adjust seasoning as needed.
