Red Velvet Marble Waffles are fluffy, rich, and visually stunning waffles made with a classic waffle batter swirled with decadent red velvet cocoa batter.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1¾ cups milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cocoa powder (for red velvet swirl)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (for swirl)
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- ½ tsp vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
- Remove ¾ cup batter, mix with extra cocoa, sugar, food coloring, and vinegar.
- Lightly grease and heat the waffle iron.
- Add base batter, dollop red batter on top, and gently swirl.
- Close waffle iron and cook 4–6 minutes until crisp.
- Enjoy warm with desired toppings.
